After these transplanted empty nesters purchased this decades home they wanted a new beginning for retiring in a new state. A grand renovation included all new windows, new kitchen, pantry and family room and enclosing a deck for an open sunroom.

These empty nesters were ready to get out of the city their children great up in and have a bit more space and privacy in the country. Purchasing a horse farm with rolling fields and bordered by lush greenery on a private road game them exactly what they were looking for. The problem was the disfunctional layout, dated cabinetry and fixtures and a cramped kitchen. This brave couple set out to renovate and expand the main part of the home to make it truly theirs.

This retired couple wanted a project house and started with the 1st floor. We removed a laundry/ pantry in the small kitchen to expand the space. Additionally we renovated the Master Bath and converted a back porch into a laundry room/mudroom and a master closet. We also made doorways to the kitchen and dinning rooms larger to allow furniture to be moved in.

This family with grown children wanted a summer get away to retreat to in the summer months. With their primary residence being a contemporary cape they wanted a renovation that kept all the original character of the home for a cozy and warm spot to make memories.

The previous Master Suite had sloped ceilings, a lack of closet space and an outdated bathroom. We designed an entirely new floorplan and hit everything on their wishlist. Adding a fireplace and builtins in the bedroom and making his and her closets with custom builtins along with a completely new modern bathroom with a steam shower and new windows throughout.
